Our products primarily consist of clothing and apparel (“Products”). We currently offer free shipping exclusively to the following Gulf region countries: United Arab Emirates, Oman, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, and Bahrain. All deliveries are handled through our logistics partner DHL to ensure secure and timely service.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you must refrain from using the Website or purchasing our Products.

2. Eligibility

By using this Website, you confirm that you are:

  • Legally capable of entering into binding contracts under English law.

5. Ordering & Contract Formation

  • By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase a Product subject to these Terms.
  • We will send you an acknowledgment email, but a contract is only formed when you receive an official order confirmation.
  • We reserve the right to decline any order at our sole discretion.

6. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are listed in United States Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated.
  • Prices do not include customs duties, taxes, or fees that may apply in your jurisdiction.
  • Payment must be made in full before dispatch of goods. We accept major credit/debit cards and other secure payment methods displayed at checkout.

7. Shipping & Delivery

  • We currently provide free shipping exclusively to the following countries: United Arab Emirates, Oman, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, and Bahrain.
  • Deliveries are fulfilled via DHL. Estimated delivery times will be communicated at checkout but may vary depending on customs clearance or external delays beyond our control.
  • Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs charges applicable in their respective country.
  • Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery.

8. Returns & Refunds

Our Returns and Refund Policy is governed by the Consumer Rights Act 2015 (UK) and applicable international consumer protection laws.

Refund timeline: Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receipt of the returned goods. Refund amounts will cover the original purchase price of the Products (and, if applicable, any standard shipping charges initially paid). In cases of customer-initiated returns without product fault, the return shipping fee is non-refundable.

Cooling-off period: You have the right to cancel within 14 days of receipt (“cooling-off period”), unless the Products are exempt (e.g., personalized, custom-made, or hygiene-sensitive clothing items such as underwear).

Condition of returned Products: Products must be returned unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.

Responsibility for return shipping costs:

If the Product is faulty, damaged, or incorrect upon delivery, all return shipping costs will be covered by us.

If you change your mind or wish to return a Product that is not defective, the return shipping costs will be your responsibility.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
