At Silk & Sonnet, we provide free international shipping. This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver orders placed through our Website.

All deliveries are fulfilled via our trusted logistics partner DHL.


2. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after payment is received.
  • During high-demand periods (such as sales, holidays, or new collections), processing times may be slightly longer.

3. Shipping Methods & Costs

  • Shipping is free of charge to all eligible destinations listed above.
  • All shipments are delivered using DHL international express services.

4. Estimated Delivery Times

  • 3–7 business days after dispatch.

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on customs clearance and external delays outside our control.


5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • Orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and fees imposed by the destination country.
  • These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.

6. Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a DHL tracking number.
  • You can track your shipment directly via the DHL website.

7. Delivery Issues

  • If your order does not arrive within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us at mail@silkandsonnet.com.
  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by DHL.
  • Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate. Orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer cannot be refunded.

8. Multiple Shipments

  • If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately depending on stock availability.

9. Undeliverable Orders

  • Orders returned to us due to refusal of delivery, unpaid customs charges, or incorrect addresses may be reshipped at the customer’s expense.
  • If the order is not reshipped, a refund will be issued minus any applicable fees.
