At Silk & Sonnet, we provide free international shipping exclusively to selected Gulf region countries. This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver orders placed through our Website.
Currently, we ship only to the following countries:
United Arab Emirates, Oman, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, and Bahrain.
All deliveries are fulfilled via our trusted logistics partner DHL.
2. Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after payment is received.
- During high-demand periods (such as sales, holidays, or new collections), processing times may be slightly longer.
3. Shipping Methods & Costs
- Shipping is free of charge to all eligible destinations listed above.
- All shipments are delivered using DHL international express services.
4. Estimated Delivery Times
- Gulf Region (UAE, Oman, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Bahrain): 3–7 business days after dispatch.
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on customs clearance and external delays outside our control.
5. Customs, Duties & Taxes
- Orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and fees imposed by the destination country.
- These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.
6. Tracking Your Order
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a DHL tracking number.
- You can track your shipment directly via the DHL website.
7. Delivery Issues
- If your order does not arrive within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us at mail@silkandsonnet.com.
- We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by DHL.
- Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate. Orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer cannot be refunded.
8. Multiple Shipments
- If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately depending on stock availability.
9. Undeliverable Orders
- Orders returned to us due to refusal of delivery, unpaid customs charges, or incorrect addresses may be reshipped at the customer’s expense.
- If the order is not reshipped, a refund will be issued minus any applicable fees.
