2. Eligibility
To qualify for an exchange, return, or refund:
- Requests must be made within 14 calendar days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and returned in their original condition with packaging, labels, and tags intact.
The following items are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund:
- Personalized or custom-made items.
- Undergarments, swimwear, or other hygiene-sensitive products.
- Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable.”
3. Exchanges
- If you wish to exchange an item (e.g., for a different size, color, or product), please contact us at mail@silkandsonnet.com with your order details.
- Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrectly supplied.
- If the requested exchange item is unavailable, we will issue a refund instead.
4. Returns

- We will provide return instructions and the return address.
- The item must be shipped back to us within 14 days of receiving our instructions.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
5. Refunds
- Refunds are issued once the returned item is inspected and approved.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method only.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (faulty, damaged, or wrong item).
- International refunds will be processed in USD. Any bank charges, exchange rate differences, or transaction fees are the responsibility of the customer.
6. Damaged or Faulty Items
If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or not as described:
- Contact us immediately at mail@silkandsonnet.com with supporting photos.
- We will cover the return shipping costs and offer a full refund, replacement, or exchange at no additional cost.
7. International Orders
- We ship worldwide. Customers outside the UK are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import charges; these cannot be refunded by us.
- Currency conversions are handled by your payment provider. Refunds will be made in USD only.
8. Important Notes
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns and exchanges. We cannot accept responsibility for lost or undelivered parcels.
- We reserve the right to reject returns or exchanges that do not meet this Policy.
9. Governing Law
